State police reported investigating a scam. According to police, a known 75-year-old woman from emporium is the victim. The woman received a call from an individual claiming they represented Microsoft. The woman was scammed into depositing $9,900 to a Crypto ATM to cancel an unauthorized withdrawal from her bank account. The investigation continues.
