The French Press, located at 811 S. St. Marys St. in St. Marys, is the area’s newest restaurant, brewing with a blend of French traditions and modern breakfast and lunch items.
The menu offers a variety of items like breads, ciabatta rolls and crepes, which are all made from scratch by owners Dan and Laura Poulliott.
Laura has a background in accounting and handles most of the financial end of the business, and Dan has taken several cooking classes, although they work together preparing made-to-order meals in the restaurant’s two kitchens.
The business’ hours of operation are Thursday through Monday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
